Open Serve Holdoing Pool
<p>I ordered for our telephone line to be put in the open serve holding pool, however I have absolutely no idea if any one is working on this or not. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been told to email *** and that I will be getting a job number.</p> <p> </p> <p>However I have not have any response, no reply, no job number, no nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't mind waiting for the line to be trasnfer to the holding pool, as long as I know it is being attended to...! </p>
