Open my cellphone and rooter network please

It’s me again. I received my cellphone on the 04/02/2019 and today it’s the 11/02/2019. My network was supposed to be working after 3 days (07/02/2019), it’s still not working. I called during the week and I got this case numbers ( ********** & ********** ) for the cellphone and rooter and the useless consultant said it will be activated in 48 hours. 2 full days passed and my network and rooter are still not working, why I am paying you then, you debited my money now you creating another mess, how useless is your service, I wrote a review last week and no one bothered to call and ask if I was assisted.

I called again during the week and spoke to Sibongile who advised that the person who loaded the case has done it but sent it to an incorrect person to capture it, is this my fault. I paid you guys and I am supposed to be enjoying my benefits but I cant cause you Telkom

I want my cellphone and rooter network to be working by today, how long must I wait, I am not in the wrong, you guys messed up and you need to fix this mess.
