OPEN MY ACCOUNT AND RE-FUND ME

Telkom handed my account to Nudebt collection and my account was suspended. On Sunday 21/04/2024 I payed R1336 to the EFT link Nudebt sent me via email. On Thursday 25/04/2024 Telkom made a debit order of R1336 again. I called Telkom numerous time and my efforts are in vain. it is a week now my account is still closed and Nudebt they still sending emails that i must pay. The painful matter is even the bank can't refund my money without Telkom approval.
