Open cable next to my house

I have problem with a cable that is making sparks and is open somewhere inside a tree. The cable is not form Eskom because they where there and they confirmed that this is a cable from Telkom. I have been calling 5 Feb 22:57 the call was answered. I have explain my problem and that I am scared that my lappa that is close the open cable will catch fire. They listed the hole call and as I requested for a ref number they said they don't give ref numbers but this call is recorded and the technical staff will attend shortly. I have been calling without anyone answering the calls and no help is coming from any where. If my house burn down I will make them pay for everything. This is only one of the communication proof that I will use to proof that I have reported it. I have spoke to someone 13 Feb 11:27 and he transferred me to the technical department and I was holding on ... without any help. I don't have a Telkom landline so when I want to report a fault on this any other way they request my landline number.....
