Only Telkom can brake the contract rules.

Signing a contract with Telkom only works 1 way and that's the Telkom way. Telkom debit my account before my salary was paid in.So there was not enough money for the debit to go of. Ten Telkom debit my account again.Debit the amount thats due and the next months payment as well. Now I got charge R202 for late payment because my account was not paid on time and that is breeedze of contrsct ,So why can't I charge Telkom a early payment fee because they debit a payment 18 days before it was due for payment, that is also Breedze of contract I did not agree to that. To cover all 10 days after I purchase this home router I wanted to return it because its not gone work for my business then I got told I can't return it Now I'm stuck with something that's a waist contacting the call center and the 2 times I called the service was plain ****. I will not recommend Telkom to anyone.
