Only still in business because you have NO alternative

I have 2 landlines which I use for adsl hosted by Afrihost. While I have always have excellent service from Afrihost the opposite extreme is true of Telkom. I asked for one of my lines to be moved, this has taken 3 months before anything happened. Instead of moving the one line Telkom cancelled the line I wanted to keep !!! So I sit without connectivity now entering the 3rd week. Numerous calls to helpline and sales with no resolution of the problem. I have had every excuse under the sun, but nothing seems to move at all.
