Only service available, giving no service!!

<p>I have been struggeling to get proper adsl connection. For nearly 8months now i have complained, begged,yelled at even cried for telkom to fix my line. They have send 4technicians to sort it out, according to him its fine. Well obviously not. It keeps on disconnecting every few minutes. It goes from a 4meg to a 0.51mbps line aswell as if the nagging disconnect interuptions aint daunting enough. What else must we do to get decent service and get the problem fixed. I have lived here for 2 years at the same adress wich the network was fine for over a year, and suddenly it wasnt anymore. I have been paying like a loyal client every month with my line being this bad, hoping that maybe tomorrow telkom will fix it. All they do is log faults and send the same technician that states my line is fine..</p>
