Only one in stock per month??

Both my wife and I renewed our contracts last month already. My wife recieved her phone last week after about two weeks of waiting for stock and did not recieved as advertised. I'm still waiting for my renewal after the greats part of a month now and am told there is no stock anywhere else. Does Telkom Mobile only receive one LG G4 per month per store?
