Only 0.6mbps download speed on 5 bars 4G connection

Only 0.6mbps download speed on 5 bars 4G connection while upload speed is 3.0mbps... I have proof of speed tests.

Absolutely false to advertise this as broadband my hard worked for money has been ******.
