Online/over the phone credit vetting is a joke!

Telkom online/over the phone renewals are a joke! Usually do my contract renewal in store but opted to do it online this time around due to not having a telkom store in my town. Spoke to an agent on the 9th and everything went smooth, Agent said it would take 5-10 working days. Today now being the 26th and my order is still under credit vetting!? In store I get the renewal done the same day yet online I have to wait over 2 weeks and it's not even out for delivery!??
