ONLINE UPGRADE SYSTEM - WHAT A WASTE OF TIME

I app**** online as per the new system introduced by Telkom to make the process "smoother" I received an SMS that in end of May that i have been pre-approved to upgrade my Data Network. I would have been contacted by Telkom shortly as per the SMS. I requested a call-back after a month, was surprised to get a call, as always, the person that phone you usually cannot assist (basic switchboard operator) and transfer you to correct department only to drop the call. Wonder why all my friends moving to other service providers??? Please finalize my UPGRADE!!!
