Online upgrade issue

I have a problem with Telkom online every time when I do my upgrade the is an issue with the delivery of the phone, on 31 January the courier updated me that the phone has returned back to Telkom without any reason. Please can you reverse the upgrade today I need to go to the Telkom store to do an upgrade. And I do not want to deal with online anymore. The number for the upgrade is ***.
