Online upgrade
I got a call from a telkom agent named Wandile regarding my upgrade as it was due. on the 7th of feb. we finalised the details and he said the phone would be delivered within 4-7 working days. 10 days later, i have received nothing. no sms and no communication. I have call all call centres and all of them refer me to the other in circles. they know nothing, they cant access anything I must call the other number. no one has been able to help me. I want to know when my phone will get here or they can cancel the order and my contract and I try with another service provider.
