Online Telkom is ***

Early November I requested for someone from telkom to call me regarding a black Friday cellphone contract I saw online which showed comes with an accessories voucher... After almost 2cweeks I received the phone which also had issues getting delivered because their delivery people from sky net were transphobic towards me and refused to give me my phone but got it the next day after fighting with their call center agents.. Now fast forward 3 weeks this week I still have not received the voucher.. The lady from Telkom who assisted me only calls me back a day or so after I've sent an email asking about the voucher.. They will be debuting my account soon but still no voucher she keeps saying she will escalate the matter and get back to me.. Which she never does until I call or send an email... I will never order anything from telkom online ever again... I've never had an issue with telkom when I get something from the store but the online one is ****
