Upgraded 2x contracts online, got an agent to call me back, in return we still confirmed it was for 2 contracts and for 2x devices, waited the usual 7-10 working days, opened my parcel and it was only 1 tablet, called telkom again and they said the other contract wasnt upgraded, and had to start the whole process again from scratch

I have a suggestion where once your contract is due for upgrade, you can select the device and packages to your cart and then will an agent call you
