Online service very poor

The Telkom online contract application service is very poor, it's been 2 weeks since I app**** for a contract, I still haven't gotten a call back though they say they call within 72hrs. When I call the call center the consultant just tells me to be patient they will call. I am talking about 2 weeks and I must be patient.
