Online service pathetic!

<p>I did a online application on a laptop deal on 24 February 2017, telkom took my application, still not received feedback. Again on the end of March 2017 I did a online application, I received a email stated that I must call telkom back regarding application. Everytime a tried calling the number, it ring twice and then I get a busy tone. I send many emails to the email address provided, but no feedback AGAIN!!!!!</p>
