**** online service

<p>I have never ever had such **** service from the biggest service provider and with such unprofessionalism as I have with Telkom Mobile.</p> <p> </p> <p>First it took 3 weeks to process and deliver an order I made on line<br />The sim card was not activated<br />I called to have it activated I was told it will be in 24 hours this was on the 20th<br />Went to a walk in centre for assistance I was told they don’t attend to online orders<br />Called again on 22nd got told it take 24 – 48 hours for the sim to be active<br />Called again today after 11am was told it will be active by 1pm<br />Its now 15:30 almost a week since I received my order and I still have no joy<br />REALLY!!!!!!</p>
