Online ****

So irritating and frustrating to deal with such an *********** company. I ordered a deal online and they took my details and all, told me my item would be delivered in 5-7 working days but it's now 3 weeks and my account has been debited but my package is nowhere to be seen. I have send messages on Facebook but it's the same **** of following up with the sales department which never comes to anything. You call the sales department and you'll be left hanging for an hour straight. I wanted to even cancel the thing and get refunded but that does not seem like it's going to happen as well<br>
