Online sales team pathetic

Online sales team is terrible. After applying online for a contract, I was called and told the package I wanted was not available. After a short argument, the package was "found". I had to complete the application again over the phone. 2 days later, no debit has gone off and no one has said anything. When I call in o customer service, get redirected elsewhere after holding for 30mins. Put on hold another 10 mins just to be told that their systems are down and to call again in 1 hour. Walk into a store and get your phone in an hour, apply online and get a hernia! I still have to wait another 7 working days for delivery. Jesus take the wheel!!
