Online sales sucks!!!!!

Hi I've taken up a contract deal on the 26 Feb ( ********** 23A). It's now the 8th March my SIM card is still not active. I've been to two different stores twice and both times I was advised online has not updated the status as closed. It still shows as delivered. Today I was advised that the SIM card number iccid is not a contract SIM. Which is indeed true. I've emailed online product support called the call centre more than 10 times. Spoken to 10 different people with 3 dropped calls included. I'm at this point that I actually don't know any further. I'm going to get billed for a service I have not enjoyed. I really need this to be closed off .
