Online Sales nightmare

I app**** for a new line online on 11 Mar, Samsung A9 deal for R259 online. Sales Zaheera consultant called me on 12 Mar to finalize the deal, on the call she said offered me extra 10GB data for an additional R59 a month, so all together I am meant to pay R318 a month. However on 18 Mar i only received a sim card with no device ??? and I was told that I signed up for internet bundles of 5GB at R59 a month ??? at that point I realized that the online only deals are rather a **** and have never been a smooth ride, mind you I had 3 lines with Telkom for more than 2yrs and this is the worst service from the bad service I have been receiving from the service provider !
