Online sales is shady

Been trying to get ahold of someone from the telkom online sales team for the past two days. Only thing I need is my order number. Nothing hectic. Just some sort of reference for the order. Been on hold. Been promised a call back. Been to it required the back office team to assist.

Can't seem to understand why all this is required for something this simple. I'm the mean time, the debit order has already gone off!!? How? Can't even get confirmation of the contract, but you taking my money.
