Online sales department pathetic

I have app**** for a contract during the black friday promotion. My order was accepted online. However I have been calling the online sales department and waiting for hours on end and no one picks up for the past few weeks. Eventually when I get through they say that the online department was supposed to contact me I cant contact them and they wont give me the deal that I have ordered. I have the confirmation of order and have been sending numerous emails and sitting on the phone for hours just to get this pathetic service from Telkom.
