Online Sales

I have tried to apply for one of the data services and have sms confirmation of a sales consultant contacting me shortly but have still not yet received a call and this was on the 9th of Dec 2015 . I have emailed from the Telkom site as well as emailed address provided from the site. I have also spoken to the online chat and the gentleman who help was as so rude and have the conversation as proof but still have nobody contacted me. I contacted the call center and waited 30 mins and nobody answered. In December I went to the mall in Richards Bay and asked the Telkom shop there if they could help me and they said no because it was online, which i don't understand if it is with the same company. I think the service is pathetic for a large company like Telkom especially if new clients want to use the services. Very disappointing....
