hi <br> complaint<br> <br> I app**** for a Phone online on the 9th/09/2015 from telkom and they deducted on 11/09/2015 R299.<br> the Consultant promised delivery will be made in 5 working days its over a month still no feedback about whats happening ,i will be taking this up with the consumer protect agency ,because your guys breached the contract and mislead me as the customer ,your employees are *********** and don't understand what the definition of customer service
