online orders
hi i have done a online upgrade and new contract they said they will contact me within 48 hours still waiting got two e mail yes but no phone call please wake up!i have called but they cant help me i must wait for the to contact me

15 Jan 2018, 11:03Morning they gave me a call think it was the 14 of December and told me to go to a telkom store to do the upgrade and new contract they got both for me in stock(black friday deals) so i went to westgate store the sunday (17 December)they could not helped me it is a weekend so i went back the monday (18 December) so they told me they cant help me there i have to go to clearwater mall ,Was so angry didn't go that same day think i went the 21st December there to clearwater mall and they helped me there but what a mission talked maybe to 9 people don't think your people get training what to do at Telkom! They helped me only with the upgrade that i still haven't received and they say'd they cant help me with the new contract what must i do?
