Online ordering is a waste of time

Ordered a macbook online and nlthing happened for a couple of days. I ordered again and I receiced a call back from an 012 ... Number. I indicated to the lady that I was in a meeting and she agreed to phone me back in 15 minutes. 2 weeks later Im still waiting for the call back. I tried calling the number and it doesnt get answered and I have had a telkom direct representative suggest that I rather go into a store as their online offering is really substandard. Please dont have an offering that you cannot service?
