Online order not being created for installation 2 weeks !!!!!

30 April 2018 I app**** online for an ADSL service. 2 Days later I got a call, answered some questions etc, was given all the terms and conditions and was informed that I would receive a call within 24 to 48 hrs to confirm the appointment for the installation. I have now made numerous calls to the call centre and the only reply I get is that no order has been created yet. 1 Lady said she would be sending the stuff to the "back office" and they would call me back and confirm. But again, nothing from Telkom. Can somebody please let me know what is going on??????
