ONLINE ORDER CHAOS

Placed an online order 02/07/18.recieved an SMS 03/07/18 to pay R700.00 to confirm the order.paid the R700.00 on the 05/07/18. and that was were the communication from Telkom ended .I have emailed 3 different departments and called 10210/10213 on countless occasions. every single time I am fed with some different nonsense.This has to be the worst service I have ever received from any organisation ever.Highly frustrating as to date I have had no solid feedback as to when I can expect my service to be installed.this is the 8th week.absolutely disgusting
