ONLINE ORDER CELL & PAYMT TAKEN OFF BUT NO DELIVER

A payment of R399 was deducted off my account on the 23/09/2015. I have still not received my cellphone device. Please advise as to when my device will be delivered and where.<br> We sent an email and were told to call either 10210 or 10213 both lines are unresponsive! <br> Im having doubts about opening the new cellphone contract!
