Online order cancelation

I am very disappointed in treatment I received from telkom online team, I place an online order last month and some stupid guy called Tebogo messed it up by capturing wrong information from the phone itself to the the package we agreed on, I had to cancel the order since it was not what I ordered . I have been dealing with their support department since the 19th of June for the contract to be canceled, I had contact with Trisha, Cecily Seethal, Managie Govender and haven't received any positive feedback from them, I am unable to purchase a phone now because of this pending cancelation, I mean how long does it take to cancel an order, what kind of incompetence is this? TELKOM PLEASE SORT OUT THIS MESS.
