Online order black hole

<p>I recently app**** online for a telephone line (after the Telkom branch at Festival Mall couldn't help me do so).</p> <p> </p> <p>It looked like a nice, easy 5 step process (including bank details), but at the end all I got was that someone would call me, no reference number, no status, not expected times.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then checked Telkom eservices, but the order wasn't there either.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe someday when someone at Telkom decides it's okay, I may get a call back, I may even get my new telephone line if I'm really lucky. For now, Telkom online ordering is a bit of joke and should be avoided.</p>
