I am beyond unhappy and frustrated with Telkom I've been their customer for over 5 years now their Sales Department is the worst I made an order on Black Friday it was supposed to be delivered within 3 - 5 business days but nothing was delivered called to cancel the order it was hustle and after almost speaking to 10 agents it was canceled eventually, a week later their order was delivered tried calling to get someone to arrange a pickup as I am not interested in the horrible services anymore, been trying to get to someone to assist me but I am being told that I called the incorrect department I've spoken to over 15 agents someone are dropping calls on me others are being quite and not not helpful and others keep telling me I called the wrong department. I am very unhappy with Telkom their email service is worse I honestly did not expect such treatment . 10213 is the worst I had to deal with.
