So I app**** for a cellphone contract with Telkom and they deducted money from my account for the cellphone but they haven't delivered my phone yet. They told me they don't have stock after they deducted the money from my account and I've been phoning the sales department for two days now and I don't get any answer I also sent emails but they don't respond. I am absolutely disgusted in the service at Telkom. I will be taking this matter further. If telkom can't give me an answer I want my money back so that I can apply for a contract with another service provider. If Telkom can't provide me with my product or my money I will be opening a case of theft against them. Telkom? WHERE IS MY PHONE? WHAT IS GOING ON?
