Online order

I app**** online for a cellphone and I got a call from a telkom agent to confirm my order and to complete my application since then I have been waiting to see if I qualify cause they said they have sent my application to the Credit bureaus so even today I'm still waiting and I tried calling the customer service but they don't pick up....Please help me cause I want to know if I qualify or not .
