Online Mobile Contract Application

I app**** for mobile contact on line on the 8/03/19, they called me once and promised that I'll get my order in 5 to 7 working days. But now it's two weeks. I never heard from Telkom, they debited money the 3rd day after. Since then no one ever called me and I never received anything, but my R299 it's gone. I called the day in day out they said same thing that someone will call me. I requested return but dololo return.
