Online fixed line taking to long.

So i placed a fixed line order on the 8 of June i got a call everything was confirmed and i got told ok there is ADSL in your area it takes 7 to 14 days which i am ok with i called in on Monday 22 June to find out how far the order was credit vetting is done and approved they are moving it to the site surveyor ok great no problem i call in yesterday and got told the same thing as i did Monday i understand its look down but i have to keep calling in want to know when i can expect my installation to be done i mean if i count onl monday to friday we are already on day 13 please can i get proper feed back and be keept up to date.
