Online fault reporting broken!!!!!

<p>The online fault report system is down!</p> <p>I have been struggling for two day just to get past the point where the client enters his/her landline number, whilst the internet is down.</p> <p>I had the same problem when I TRIED to report a fault on my mobile device!</p>
