Online deals are the worst

i ordered a phone with the online deals on the 2nd of February, they did a credit check. received SMS that everything is being processed, sales lady called to do contract online, agreed. accepted. she said 5 to 7 working days for delivery. its the 16th of Feb, still no phone. i called pre-sales and they said they cannot pick up where the tracking is. but it was only processed 2 days ago, so what did Telkom do for 10 days and no processing. and stil no delivery? but my account has been credited with the first installment.
