Online contract ordering a WASTE OF TIME

<p>I ordered a cellphone online and 4 weeks past before I was contacted after complaining on Facebook. I then spend 40 minutes on the phone giving all the details AGAIN that I had given on the online forms. I was told my phone would be delivered within 7 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 months have now past and I still haven't heard a word. I've complained on facebook, been called back once and because I was never given a reference number it falls on deaf ears. I was told they would follow up with a sales manager and hey a load of nothing came out of that!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Seems like you don't want my R500 a month Telkom. I'll take my business elsewhere!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
