Online Contract

I app**** for an online mobile deal on the 19th of February and I was called back the same to and the contract was processed. After a week of no news a received and sms to say that I was pre-approved pending befit off my account. The money was taken off my account on the 26th February. On Thursday last week I received another sms with a ref no. Uptill now I still have not received my phone and after more than 5 attempts at calling 10213 and holing on for up to 1hour, I still can’t get hold of anyone. Very disappointed with this service.
