<p>Online contact us is useless tried to find out if my service cancelation form is on their sysytem as I previously had to fight months after canceling my internet line because the forms are being ignored and was told to call 102103. I specifically use the online contact us becauseI am tired of waiting for a hour or more while listening to the same damn song and same idiot trying to sell me stuff. Once again it proves that nothing has changed and this company need to die a horrible and painful financial death.</p>
