Online chat very rude

<p>I have had two online chats with telkom support staff where they are rude and disconnect the chat abruptly without bothering to ask if I was satisfied or needed any more help.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom should follow the example of afrihost chat and allow the user to email the conversation at the end in order for support staff to be addressed directly</p>
