Online Cellphone Order Disaster

<p>I ordered a cellphone online, I waited for an agent to phone me to complete the order. Never happened. I received an email saying I can't be reached, call 2013 and enter promotional code. I waited 44min before someone answered. The order has been completed and the debit order has gone off. I still have no phone and ive waited weeks. I'm becoming impatient with the stupid rehe****d answer. "The order will be processed and you'll receive a tracking number" unacceptable!!!!</p>
