Online Black Friday Deal

I was told that because I just took an online contract with them the system doesn't allow me to take another contract, yet that does not say anything like that in the Ts& Cs. Now i am waiting forever for them to call me back wrt the deal, IT HAS BEEN ADVERTISED AND I AM ENTITLED TO THE DEAL!!! Highly frustrated with the call center, they take forever to answer, and when they do, they are of no help!!
