Online application taking forever
I app**** online for a WiFi modem on the 2nd of February, the online application said I would get a response after 5 working days. 10 working days have now lapsed, and I have not received any feedback what so ever. I was looking forward to using the affordable rates that are offered here. But after bad service in one of their stores, as well as online, I really do not know which avenue I need to use in order to get service. I wish telkom would just give me a response so I can get a modem
