Online Application
I went through the trouble of completing the online application for a WiFi Data contract. Just to be phoned the next day during working hours where I am asked to repeat all the questions and answers again. What is the use of an online application? When I told the consultant all the info is already in the application, her response was that she does not have access to the info. I can only do this personal application after hours. Will this application now go further or not?
