Online Application

Ordered 2 phone last of last week online,and that monday I received a call n i was told that phones will be delivered with 4 to 7 working days,today makes it the 10/11th day i have been waiting for that order,i have been calling them to check the progress of my order,i just don't an answer and i calles again today and i was told that they will send an email to the relevant person to ask what is happening with my order,an so fed up with telkom and their bad season,i now ordered my phone at cellc, as Telkom doesn't know how to treat their customers,am even going to cancel my current contract with them,someone is not doing what he/she was hired for. Bad service indeed. I will NEVER recommend telkom to anyone,NEVER
