Online airtime purchase

This morning the 5th May 2020 I bought airtime via my online banking I had bought about 4 separate R65 airtime which has been deducted from my account but I still haven't received any airtime at all.... I phoned my bank they said the fault is on telkoms side ....common guys this is poor .
